All sections will meet each other in the quarter-finals once every seven years.
All sections have the opportunity to meet each other in the semi-finals twice every seven years.
All sections have the opportunity to meet each other in the finals four times every seven years.
All sections that meet each other in the quarter-finals, will be split on the top and the bottom of the bracket the following year.
